If the item you purchased is damaged, you will receive a store credit or replacement of the item. We carefully package the products to ensure you receive it in perfect conditions.

If you do receive a damaged item, you must contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the package and provide picture proof of the damage at the time of opening the parcel. Contact@beautifulskinbyhb.online You will receive detailed information about how to proceed with the return.

Upon receipt of the notification, we will notify you via e-mail, within 48 hours, whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement. You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges. 

Please enclose your original receipt and keep your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages, so you must also request a signed receipt. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
