Return Policy

We are committed to providing the highest quality products to our customers.

All products are made fresh and without preservatives. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If the item you purchased is damaged, you will receive a store credit or replacement of the item. We carefully package the products to ensure you receive it in perfect conditions.

If you do receive a damaged item, you must contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the package and provide picture proof of the damage at the time of opening the parcel. [email protected] You will receive detailed information about how to proceed with the return.

Upon receipt of the notification, we will notify you via e-mail, within 48 hours, whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement. You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges. 

Please enclose your original receipt and keep your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages, so you must also request a signed receipt. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
